What is this website about? 
The startup story of sugar & succulents can be found on the about us page. We are a small online store specializing hygge and euro-inspired pieces as well as natural products. If you have any suggestions, feel free to ask! We make the best effort to stock the products our customers are looking for.

What do you sell?
sugar & succulents is currently selling collections based on minimalism, beauty, and usability. One of Taylor's favorite quotes is "If you want a golden rule that will fit everybody, this is it: Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful". This is our current motto; we are inspired by simplicity and function.

What does "Vintage inspired" mean?
Vintage inspired items are replicas of antique pieces. They may appear to be aged, worn, or used but are new items. Vintage inspired pieces will be labeled as such. 


What is your return policy?
We want everyone to love our products as much as we do! If for some reason you receive something you don't love, let us know and we will try to make it right! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale; and therefore are not returnable or exchangeable. Vintage pieces are antiques and will show signs of wear and use. Rust spots, uneven surfaces, chipped paint, and other imperfections are to be expected.
Currently we can return merchandise with a 15% restocking fee, and will offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. No exceptions.
Once we receive your item in original and unused condition, we will offer a shop credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for, minus the 15% restocking fee. Any discounts or promotions used cannot transfer over to the new purchase. Customer is responsible for shipment costs to return the item.


Discounts & Store Credits: Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts.


Where is my package?
Once shipped, sugar & succulents is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages as delivery is out of our hands once dropped off at the postal service (USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS).
If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local carrier’s office for information on your parcel. It is also a good idea to check with your neighbors. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout.
Please contact your postal carrier regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS.

Package Shows Delivered: If your package is marked delivered, please make sure to check with your neighbors and call your local carrier to contact your driver. Occasionally, there was a scanning error and it will arrive within a few days. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered.
Shipping Changes: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to taylor@sugarandsucculents.com within 2 hours of purchase. Failure to do so may result in your item being mailed to the wrong destination.
